These terms explain the basic order process for custom wall clocks confirmed by WhatsApp or email and paid by PayPal.

Custom order confirmation
Customers are responsible for confirming wording, spelling, size, color, frame, hands, uploaded images, logos, and other custom details before production.
Payment
Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp or email. Payment is made by PayPal after the order details are confirmed.
Production and shipping
Single custom clock production usually takes 3-5 days. Typical shipping time is 7-15 days after shipment. Delivery time may vary by destination, customs, carrier conditions, holidays, and remote areas.
Returns and replacements
Customized products are not refundable for non-quality reasons. If an item arrives damaged or has a confirmed quality issue, Bonmo Clock can arrange a replacement.
Uploaded content
Customers should provide images, logos, and text they have the right to use. Bonmo Clock may decline requests involving content that appears unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for production.
