Production and dispatch
Production begins after the order details, custom design, destination, and payment terms are confirmed. For 1-100 customized clocks, payment is made in full before production. For large-volume orders, customers can place the order with a deposit and pay the remaining balance after production is completed. Larger orders, complex artwork, or proof revisions may require extra time.
Delivery estimates
The 7-15 day shipping estimate is a normal delivery window, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, or remote delivery areas may affect timing.
